My older F350 has an older Hensley brake control. The slider works great but I get no trailer brakes when I apply the truck breaks. Is the problem most likely in the controller or should I look elsewhere? If I need to replace it, I've heard the Prodegy controllers are great. Would I need to rewire, or can I use the existing?

Bob, I googled that "Hensley" but only got one controller called a "TruControl" and says $397.00? Don't know if thats the one your talking about. The Prodigy wiring is shown here;

Thanks nonek, I'll try to track the stop light wiring to check the connections before I order.
