Quest QR3000 theater system

I'm attending school and full timing in my 3685. I would like to upgrade the Theater system. I know some one has done this but can't find it in the archive. I know it was in the last couple months but just can't find it. I have the standard system (QR3000)in the Monte and the DVD doesn't seem to read the DVDs. It did for awhile but not now. I would like to upgrade it.

We had a QR2000, never even used it. Just went down to Circuit City and Bought a Samsung Home Theatre System
with a built in AM & FM tuner. Replaced all the Speakers with the ones that came with the Samsung unit. Even the base speaker. When I was taking the QR2000 System out, I noticed that the left & right rear speakers were twisted together with the left and right Front Speakers. So you never even really had true surround sound. I had to cut the front speaker openings to fit the new speakers, ( the new ones are about a 3 X 4 1/2 " in size. This system just about sounds as good as the one in our stick house. We will have to camp in the bushes or people will be coming around telling us to turn it down a little. Not bad for a couple of hundred bucks.
