tech issues

As I said in my first message my wife and I are awaiting delivery on a 2006 3295RK and have been reading about issues with stereo and TV on Montanas.
Does anyone know if Keystone has addressed that problem on the 2006 models. In the write up sheet it was listed as CD/AM/FM/DVD W5.1 Surround Sound. It does not state a brand or model.

Just curious,
Michael& Diana

The TV's are Toshiba. My TV in the livingroom is bad though. We bought the Monty in April. We are having them replace it. The speakers are so bad that you can't even hear because of the buzz and the whistle. We just turn the one in the bedroom all the way up so that we can hear the one in the livingroom. As for the stereo it isn't a top of the line, I can tell you that. On ours the volume dial turns all the way around and just keeps going around. Doesn't increase the volume just spins around. I am asking them to replace that also. Plays but I don't think it is worth the money that we paid for it. Very low quality. These are just my opinions though. But for the money you pay you should at least get something that works the first time out. Kathi

Our TV is great even though I'm not normally a Toshiba fan. The DVD player is another issue. We replaced ours with a Sony. Best $300 I ever spent. Just sold the old one at our garage sale.
Happy trails..............

We took delivery of our '06 3400 the end of June. Our living room tv is a Zenith and the bedroom, a Toshiba. We were told they were only using Toshibas now so don't understand the Zenith. We are getting a great picture the few times we have used it. Leaving tomorrow for two months so it will really get its test.

When we picked up the 2950 we also had a Zenith in the living room and a Toshiba in the bedroom. They both work very well considering we are using only the antenna on the roof.

Our Toshiba in the living room works great. The DVD player is so-so. Really a poor excuse for surround sound. Takes lots of fiddling to get even minimal result. We didn't get a tv for the bedroom......just an empty space..........should there have been one?

thook,
The 19" bedroom TV was included in the (value package)on the unit we ordered. Our dealer said that they had to order it with Value Package, Moving to Montana Package and customer convenience group was included as well. Other options we picked on the retail sheet. Look at your write-up sheet on the sale. It could be that a TV should be in the bedroom. More informaton is on the Montana Web site.

We didn't get a TV in bedroom either. That came along with the mid year changes for the 2005 model. We have everything else that was an option.
Happy trails.............
