Hot Air Furnace Won't Light

I have power and propane - when I turn up the thermostat the fan starts then the heater tries to light. I can hear the clicking as it is trying to light, also smell propane outside the vent when it is trying to light but no heat!
My rig is a 2005 - used the furnace last spring and it was fine. Is there a chance of bugs getting in or could the lighter be mis aligned - help anyone?

Hi markwick look for a kink in the hose on the passenger side of the trailer. On mine I added steel pipe and changed the way the rubber hoses feed the feed line. Best of Luck

Your bugs comment is also a strong possibility. Spiders and mud daubers love the propane. I had a similar problem with the water heater. Blowing hard into the gas tube blew out some kind of dead bug and what I think was a spider web (not positive about that). The heater then lit up right away.

Thanks, guys - that is what it was - a kink behind the tank. I had enough pressure for the stiove and fridge but not enough for the furnace. It is really tight behind the tank - project for this fall is to get rid of rubber hose and put in metal
