John & Donna arrived in Ky. on their way home from the Rio Grande Valley. Gave us a call,& wevisited with them & they are spending the night weith us. Are having a great time.

Yes, indeed we did visit and stay with Eugene and Faye. We were made very welcome. Thanks very much for your generous hospitality and tours of the area.

This is a great part of the country near Paducah, KY and the Land between the Lakes. The Corps of Engineers have a wonderful park called Canal campground where we camped (when we were not at Gene and Faye's).

Canal is a nice campground. Carol and I spend a lot of weekends there. Hope you got to try Patti's Restaurant. Gene - we gotta get together one of these days.
