Accent light

Does anyone know how to change the accent lights in the front of a 2013 3750fl?

Change them or remove the glass to get at the bulb?

Is this the fixture you are talking about?

To remove the glass, grab the fixture and put your fingers between the ceiling and the glass. Grab the metal and with your other hand, rotate the glass counter clockwise a half turn.

They take a G4 bulb.

How hard do you have to twist to open it? Not much room to get a grip on the fixture

Not hard at all. You just need to isolate the fixture from the glass. I have used a table knife in the past to pry and hold the metal part.

Push your palm hard against the fixture and turn. The glass is heavy duty so no fear of breakage. There's no need to grab the fixture housing.

Unless the fixture housing moves because it's not secured by the spring clips.

Many times the clips or tabs, depending on the fixture, don't seat well so you need to isolate the housing from the lens.

Thanks
