Started with the combination and then upgraded to the stack-able. Yes we like them very much. Ours are the Splendide ARISTON series.

We have had the same set of stackable Splendides in both Montana's. At present (if I don't jinx myself here) that amounts to about six years of use without a single problem. When we are camping, these machines typically run about 8 hours a day each and every day thanks to the women (especially the daughters) contributing a never-ending supply of clothes to them. DW to this day says that these machines perform better than the Maytag HE's that we have at the stickhouse. There are other brands out there as well, but as for us, we are extremely happy with their performance and would recommend them highly.

We had the Splendid combo unit in the last trailer and now have Whirlpool stackable in this one. Both are great no problems with Splendid and so far none with Whirlpool. The Whirlpools were installed by Keystone.

Combo, I love it, takes up less room that the stackables, and, mmm, I still need that extra room for other stuff. (Don't ask! )

Splendide combo in ours since new. Never a problem. DW would get rid of me before she gave up her W/D.

X however many on the Splendide combo. The unit is great, but since I do the laundry I would rather have a stacked set but our rig doesn't have room for that and it does a great job, it's just more time consuming.

Combo unit. We do a small load every other day and hang them on a clothes line mounted to the back of the Monty. Sure beats hanging around the laundry room for several hours.

Splendide combo. My wife said it paid for itself easily the two months we spend south this winter. Small loads that take a long time but it sure beats sitting in a laundramat or the laundry room in a camp ground. I made big points getting this for the little lady. And all you guys know that anytime we can build up points, it is a good thing.

We have an all-in-one Splendide and LOVE LOVE LOVE it! Once you get used to doing smaller loads of wash, and realize you'll do a bit of wash most days, it's no big deal. I absolutely would not fulltime without a W/D.

Ours didn't come w/a WD. Dealer told us it would bea waste of time. When the washer is done does it switch over automaticly to the dryer?

Our Splendide will cycle completely through the full cycle. It will wash, rinse, spin and dry all at one setting. We sometimes start a load of clothes and head out somewhere for a while. When we get back it is ready for another load and the clothes are ready to put away. Be forewarned though, you can’t use very large loads with the combo or the clothes may come out wrinkled. Some campers on here have the stackable washer & dryer separate from each other and they really like that set up as well. We’re not full timers so our use is fine the way it is. What is really nice though is not wasting a complete day doing laundry when on vacation.

Same here. We got the single unit so we'd have the extra storage you lose with a stackable. Our decision for the Splendide was based on long time MH RVer friends who have had one for 17 years and 220,000 miles...no problems at all.
