Repair parts

I can't compare toilet brands but I had a small leak in the back of my thetford unit and after fighting with my dealer (who said parts weren't available) Ifound out Amazon has every part and at a reasonable price.so I paid about 20 dollars and put the new parts in myself. They had other brands to so one would compare prices

Put on some rubber gloves and clean the seal and ball. Take some silicone lubricant paste and thoroughly lube the rubber seal. Do not use any petroleum products like Vaseline, it will deteriorate the rubber seal. I find I have to do this twice a year to maintain the seal.

Check my post on this thread dated 10-3-18. What I stated there really works, at least temporarily. The only way to get away from the problem is putting in a new Dometic toilet.

X2, Its not the matter of if but when it will fail and the Aqua Flood will fail. We are Fully experienced on this matter.
