Bedroom Slides

So, I have read on multiple threads about greasing (white lithium) the rails for the room slides.... what about the bedroom slides? These are sealed outside - a bottom cover on the room slide, and on the inside they are inside the box for the bed...

Do I need to take all that apart for maintenance? Anyone else dealing with this?
