We have never had that porblem yet, but when I get set up I will get the ladder and use the awning hook to pop the gasket out flat like it should be it propably realy dosen't do anything but make the gasket look good and keep it from getting a memery ( crumpled up ). even with 6 inches of snow on each slide we had no water come in.

We have been very fortunate and never had a leak on any Keystone product. I know that is hard to belive, but none in our previous Mountaineer and none so far in the Monty 3400.

Florida Gal,
Welcome to the MOC. I know I shouldn't say this.... you know how things can come back to bite you..... but we have a 2002 3295RK and have never had a leak. We do not have the kind of rain you have in Florida but we have had it in a lot of rain. On our last trip out we were gone about 60 days and it must have rained on us at least 30 to 40 of those days! [:-] Good luck.
