My two experiences were very different. The first time was a missing closet rod in the bunk room and it tooks months to get the right parts as Keystone kept sending curtain rods. To be fair I never figured out if it was the dealer or Keystone that was the problem and they kept blaming each other. The second time the part(s) (don't remember what had to be ordered) came in in under 2 weeks.

I had a tour of the service center today, Customer service, parts, shipping and the service center is all in one building for "all" keystone products. It is a very well run operation and a order "received" by Keystone will be shipped within two days and if back ordered the dealer will be advised. It would be a good idea to get the order number from your dealer when they place the order. We are sure all the dealers have a very efficient parts department. However it will not hurt to follow up yourself if weeks go by and no part arrives.
