Will a packet be mailed with info, entry ticket, receipt, etc?

Travelcade, when you arrive, you will get a welcome packet with the Rally book containing schedules, attendee information, and info on the area. If you are arriving early, you will go up to registration on Wednesday to get your packet. A few things will be happening shortly. First, the schedule will be posted in the Rally section of the forum. The first item will be packet pickup. You will also pay for the Amish dinner at that time if you are going and you will be given tickets. Sometime in the next few weeks you will be given your site number. If you have arranged to come in early (depending on the day) you may have to follow the map to your site. I would encourage anyone with the time to arrive early. Monday, as you have probably seen, is a trip to Shipshewana. One night at least, a large group will go to dinner at a local restaurant. If you are new, it is a chance to meet some MOC members before Rally starts. This is our 16th Fall Rally and I can tell you those first friendships will likely last a lifetime. I hope this helped. Ron, the Shipshewana trip for attendees is on Tuesday the 10th prior to the Rally starting. There will be site escorts on site from Monday on so anyone coming in two days early will be greeted and let to their site by our site escorts. As soon as the schedule of events is polished up and finalized it will be posted here on the Forum for all to see. It will also be in the Rally Book which will be in the Welcome packets that each unit will receive.

Ron, thanks for pointing out it is Tuesday for the Shipshewana Trip. That’s what I get for going from memory instead of a calendar.
