furnace
we turned our furnace on for the first time this weekend. The old familiar smell a heater has when it's turned on was pretty strong and it made the smoke alarm go off. The cat hid in the closet and meowed and I covered my nose and the man had to pull the battery out of the alarm. Guess we'll try it again when we're in the driveway and everybody is out of it.
