Air conditioner

Good morning,

I just noticed my ac is having water condensation in kitchen area, any ideas and is there a filter in there I should be changing?
Thank you, Cindy

No there is not. Do you have three AC units?

Where is the water coming from? An AC unit or a vent? If it is a vent, is mixing with warmer moist air and condensing. If an AC unit something may have plugged the drains causing it to overflow into unit. Mud dobbers or leaves - might want to pull the cover and clean it out. Might be good to clean the rear coils. Recently heard if your covers are black - painting white will improve efficiency. This came from a manufacturer. The industry made the move to black for appearance and is switching back. Might be part of the reason the older units cooled better.

Sounds like the drains on the roof are clogged.
