Tom sawyer rv park

Pulled into Tom sawyer rv park today on our return eastward trip only to find out that the park was full and Tom sawyer claiming they had no record of our reservstion. 150 miles further eastward, we found a koa that we could fit into with space for us. So if you are planning on using this park in the future, make sure your reservation is backed by some form of advance payment.

Sorry about your issue. We arrived yesterday for a weeks stay. After I made our reservation I received an e-mail requiring me to respond that I received the confirmation. We also paid a one nights fee deposit. When we went in to register I had the copy of the confirmation in my hand if there was any question.
I always print out any confirmations or other e-mails in regards to stays just in case there's an issue such as yours.

I save their email response or, usually, print a copy from any advance reservation. Only once have I ever had to 'force' the issue. Sorry your experience with this popular CG bad

On the way west as well as east bound, we dealt with the park, they didn't ask for any payment, and did not give us any confirmation other than to say that we were confirmed over the phone. The person on the phone was not the same employee that we spoke to on arrival. Glad others haven't seen this issue. First time an issue with us on 4 or 5 visits, but once is too much for us as we do our reservations more than a month ahead of time for all parks.
