Happy days are here again

Well my fellow Montana owners. After 93 days of waiting, the wait is over.Whoooo Hooooo.Yes its true I just picked up my Montana from the Delaware Montana dealer. And I have to say IT LOOKS BEAUTIFUL.They did such a great job on ALL the fixes.Brand spanking new rubber roof. Not a crack or a spider crack in sight.Just an awesome repair job.I am so pleased with the work they did I could do cart wheels.Their shop rate is 93 bucks an hour.Hows that for being weird. The same rate as the same time my Montana was down their. The install of the washer/dryer was also a class A up-grade.

And to make things even better for me.I had requested to have installed 2 fan-tastic fans.I wanted the basic one.and they up-graded to the one that has the rain senser with no price increase for me.Thought that was very very nice. They cleaned the outside-looks like they gave it a good washing. The service manager told me that between his techs and the body shop where they sent it for the fiberglass repair,it was a total of 50 man hours of labor. He told me keystone sort of nudged on the man hours, but in the end it was all approved by Keystone.

Have to give my 2 thumbs up to "Parkview RV Center"for a job well done and a more then satisfied customer.

My baby is home and this man couldn`t be any happier.

It sure does look like"good things come to those who wait"

John, Thanks for the update post. Always good to hear about a job well done. We sometimes do not compliment good dealers as much as we should. It is important to all of us to know which dealers give good service. Sorry it took so long, but now it is ready for some travel and making memories. Enjoy!! Keep us posted on your adventures.

Thanks to all for your kind words. Now I have to load up every thing I took out of the Montana before I brought it to the dealer. Its funny it really doesn`t look like a lot of stuff when it was in the Montana. But lying on my garage floor and spread out all over, its amazing it all fir in so neatly.

The first order of business will be to install that fireplace thats been collecting dust for these past monthes. But it will be a labor of love thats for sure.It has been so long since I have been back to my storage place I had to think for a minute what the code was to open the gates. My wife was just laughing at me trying to remember that darn code.

Great to hear your ordeal has a positive outcome. Sounds like once again, the dealer quality is the make or break of a satisfactory process. I am very happy for your being able to launch out on new adventures.

Harleyrider, that's terrific and we are so happy for you. I know you had a lot of pain prior to this. A good dealer makes a world of difference and it sounds like Keystone came through big time for you (why am I not surprised?)!
