15 degree
Well we are on our first cold weather trip in this Momty. I must say I am surprised and pleased . With fireplace on, the furnace cycles, but not excessively. With a couple of heaters, furnace just doesn't come on. I have not noticed any drafts around the slides as some have found. Montana did a great job on this unit.

in 15 degrees you want to make sure the furnace does cycle enough to keep the belly and basement warm so the lines do not freeze as most of them are in the belly and the water tank is in the rear, especially if you are not skirted.
Otherwise I agree, the Montana is good in cold. got down to 5 below last night and we had no issues.

I agree about our unit and couldn't be more pleased. We got this one in December 2010, and it's sturdy and snug.
Woke up to 8" of snow on the ground here in NJ this morning and inside was fine. No issues with frozen pipes, etc. We've also wintered in this unit through a whiteout in Illinois, freezing our you-know-what's off parked by a lake in MO during Winter 2010 and now on our 3rd Winter here in NJ.
Keystone certainly got it right with our unit. Glad they did with yours, too!

I'm glad to hear you folks with newer Montana's do not have draft problems. Our '07 3400RL was a sieve when it came to air leaks. Clearly build quality, at least that aspect, has improved.

Thanks Bigboomer. At night I turn all but maybe the fireplace off. The furnace does cycle enough to heat the basement.
Hooker I have not found any shoddy work on this particular unit. I am really about main trance and have been over it inside and out. I think I got lucky.
