Cleaning Exterior of the Shower Skylight

Have seen quite a few topics concerning ways to keep the sunlight and heat from entering the skylight above the shower. My question revolves around cleaning of the outside shell of the skylight. Mine has turned a light brown and getting to the point of not being transparent. Suggestions welcome as we love camping in the Great Pacific Northwest and welcome the light coming through seeing we're mostly parked under trees anyway. With the exception of the last two weeks we usually don't get a lot of scorching days up here.

John,
You may want to try one of the many headlight restoration kits available. This should make it like new again.

As it ages, it gets brittle, so be gentle with it.

The headlight stuff works or go to Wally World and get the Turtle Wax white polishing compound if you have a power buffer. As said ... go easy 10 years is a lot of UV for plastic.

And when you're done restoring it, wash & clean anything left off and then paint it with transparent enamel for plastics. That will keep it clear longer.

Thanks for all your inputs.... Took your advise and purchased a headlight lens cleaning kit,( Turtle Wax). Took about 45 minutes but the results were worth it. Also took out the window above the shower and cleaned that as well, what a difference.
