Tv cable connection

I have 2015 3582 and can not get cable to work when I am at a site with cable. It has two connections at the livingroom tv. I have tried both with no success, I did run the cable from the campground source directly to the tv and it worked. No signal when trying to run it through the convenience center. I did turn off the antenna booster also. Thanks for any help with this

You have done what I would have done. With good signal from the pedestal to your tv, has to be something in the rig. I would check to see if the coax outlets, starting at the convenience center have been installed properly. On our 2010, I found one coax connection that was not even hooked up. Would also check at the booster.

We couldn't get a strong enough cable signal in our Big Sky. I bought a splitter and hooked it up to the two satellite connections. It worked fine that way.

When they picked up the BS and took it to the factory service center, they replaced a couple of bad connectors and found a internal connection that wasn't tight. The cable signal is now strong.

Of course, I now have Dish for My RV and, don't you know - I can't get the signal from the satellite thru the convenience center. Does it ever end?

We did not even deal with the internal wiring. Nothing worked when we got the Big Sky so we took drill in hand and drilled a couple of holes in the side of the Montana at the entertainment center and went direct to the sat box. Had to do the same thing with our 06b 3400.

I'm putting in an external covered jack from Amazon and feeding the Dish satellite signal directly to our rear receiver & tv as well. Still be able to use the antenna or park cable for the bedroom tv this way. Maybe we'll get a second receiver some day, but not yet.

We did just that Walt although we have two receivers and we ran a sat input to the bedroom.

Thanks for all the replies, Very encouraging that there have been so many issues with something quit simple. Im very handy with this sort of stuff so no biggie, just did not know if I was missing something. I think my 3150 had a 4 inch coax that ran from one of the outlets to the other, but not sure...I'll trace it and figure it out. Thanks again.
