Meat-filled giant pasta shells
Meat, pasta, pasta sauce, onion, garlic, cheese... sound good so far?
I like to think of my favorites, then combine for a meal.
Think of your favorites, then 'Google' them and a recipe will evolve, or make up your own. Every once and a while the trash can gets fed, but we learn....
Guys like to cook too, we certainly like to eat.....
Easy-peasy meal to make:
The whole meal prep:

If he can get through that window mod without losing an appendage, he's probably OK to cook
BTW, I tried making an omelet this morning with a filling of blue cheese and brussels sprouts. It was a miserable failure and stunk up the house to boot. Back to the drawing board!

I guess you aren't Italian Ozz...those aren't giant shells, they are manicotti. It's an actual Italian dish. Tastes good whatever you call it though. Enjoy!!

Actually, (head hung sheepishly) it's true. The omelet combo wound up in the garbage after two bites this AM. It took all day to get the smell out of the house!
I do stuff my hamburgers with blue cheese and cooked bacon and those are great (if you like blue cheese).

My first mother-in-law was born in Italy and taught me how to cook. I make the best stuffed shells you will ever taste!! It is all about the sauce...how it is prepared, what you put in it and how long you cook it. mmmmmm...I guess I will have to make some this week now!!
