I'm Late Again

I didn't start work on the truck soon enough, so we postponed leaving by one day. Then I saw the weather report for home and our stop halfway to Tonopah and decided I'd put the chains in the truck. Then I said to myself, if I think I might need chains, I can wait another day.

If we can trust the weather service, we'll be there on Sunday.

Good idea Bob, if you need chains why go? All the full hookup sites are gone anyway so there's no hurry.

Charlie, I printed your desert picture and framed it. What a gorgeous array of shadows, light, and textures. If I had some place to put it, I'd bring it along so I could ask you to sign it.

Today wasn't as bad as I expected, but we had almost .6 inches of rain and snow overnight, and I wouldn't have wanted to start out early this morning. I got a few more things done to the truck and trailer, and have packed way too many toys. I should take everything out and inventory it when we get there, but I'd probably need another slot in the circle.

We look forward to seeing you on Sunday.
