Quartzsite
Any good full-hook-up parks near Quartzsite? Hopefully 50 amp.

Great RV parks and fine dining in Quartzsite are both oxymorons. There are a ton of RV parks in Q. They all seem to have 50 amp (not really needed in winter, but come summer, you bet!). Most of the RV parks are similar in that they *DON’T* have paved sites, grass, trees, or cable TV. OTA TV is spotty as Phoenix and Yuma are the closest sources and they are still over 90 miles away.
We usually camp in the BLM land and rarely use a RV park. We occasionally come to town after weeks in the desert to clean tanks, get a full charge on batteries, and clean up the rig before we go back to boondocking in the BLM area. When we do, we have used the Park Place RV Park ( http://www.parkplacervpark.net/ ) as it frequently has vacancies. Not real great, but it works for us. RV parks in Q are very busy in January! If I planned ahead, I would try the Quail Run RV Park ( http://www.quailrv.com/ ). I have not stayed there but it appears to be nice, was rebuilt a few years ago and has concrete patios (uncommon in Q, usually you are on dirt/sand/gravel).
campgroundreviews.com has lists of some the parks in Q. There actually are a lot more. Pick one of their listing and click on “Map”. The resultant Google map can be scrolled around and you will see many more RV parks which are not listed. The more north of I-10, the less dust you will encounter (you will have dust regardless, just less of it).
I highly recommend boondocking in Q, particularly in the Plomosa Road BLM area north of town. Quiet, no dust, with terrific sunrise/sunset views and wonderful, helpful neighbors if you are in the Montana “Circle”

You can also find parks on Allstays. You can bring up the map and find parks in the surrounding areas.

Buy a 2000 watt gen. I bought two and only used one. Great being in circle. You will never forget experience.

I would suggest trying the circle for a couple of days if you haven't ever boon docked. We only have a 2000 watt generator and we do fine. It won't be the same staying somewhere else.

Some of us, with solar, may even have generators that we aren't using that you could borrow. The biggest problem some of us have is keeping them exercised. Particularly if their purpose is to run AC units in the summer.
