Tiee pressure
3791RD....On my Saliun tires it says air pressure should be
110 psi all the way around. Now I just read that that 120 is to high. Should be running 80 or 90 psi. My five'r is real heavy so I assumed that I should be running the max air pressure.
Any opinions. ...lol

You should fill cold tires to 110 psi. The pressure will go up once the tire gets hot but that is normal and nothing to worry about.

If you have 110 pound rims there is no reason not to inflate your tires to 110 pounds.

If you haven't weighed and don't know the required pressure, then run at 110psi. Otherwise, you can reduce pressure consistent with the Sailun load chart.

Do you have a link for the Sailun load chart? I've found one for several of the usual major brands but couldn't for Sailun and why I went a different way with LTs instead

Here you go. Moderator: perhaps you can pin this chart to the site?

Thanks - I just saved the link it in my 'puter system. Since I only have 94 pound wheels, didn't want to chance underinflation. 2019 = Sailuns

The chart shows the tires at 110 psi and 4080 pounds but the new sailuns are now 110 psi and 4400 pounds. The sailuns were 110 psi and 3750 pounds when i bought a set in 2013. They keep raising the pound capacity but the wheel capacity is the same at 3750 pounds so that is the maximum i would have on a tire but we are all pretty safe with that on our montanas.

Texan, I questioned that thinking also (3750 wheels & 4080 tires). I run my 80R16 tires @ 105psi but our heaviest loaded tire is under the reefer (loaded 3250#). Really no need for heavier wheels - 3,750x4=15,000# then subtract what is on the pin.

I was just looking at the chart because I need new tires and want to buy Sailuns. I have a 2009 3665RE and couldn't find a psi stamped on my wheels. I did find a load rating, tho: 3640 lbs. Does that mean I already have 110psi wheels and won't have to by those also?

You may have to dismount your wheels to see the max pressure stamp on the back side of the rim.
