Our last, SOB, with a Dometic 320 used a 'standard' seat from Lowe's. Our current 5er with a Thetford piece of junk also has a 'standard' seat and also from the same Lowe's.
Measure the bolt centerline distance as well as the width and length then take the info to your local Big Box store or hardware and you should be fine with most of their offerings.
One caveat to that fit is that you may need to add a second set of stick on rubber bumpers where the seat contacts the toilet bowl. The Therford doesn't have the larger inside width bowl but I believe the 320 has. These too, available at the same place you buy the seat,
