TPMS Parameters?

We got a new TST TPMS for Christmas and are now try to install it. Could not find recommendations for pressure (high/low pressure) or high temperature parameters. We are running the OEM tires at 80psi. What would your recommendations be for parameters.

Thanks.

Walt

We got those in Quartzsite this winter. The manual says 10% below the rated tire pressure (80) and 25% above. We did not adjust the temperature.

I *think my low pressure is at 65 psi, High is 100, and I wanna say my high temp is at 175 or 185.

It is suggested to use 15% above and 10% below your cold tire temps. We have found that 20% above & 15% below works best for us. Diana

I'm with Dutch and Di. 15% below and 20% above. The factory set Hi temp is 158 degrees. I watch that the most. When things start going south the rising temp sticks out like a sore thumb. Had alarm sound off last March and trying to read those small numbers while driving in heavy traffic on the freeway was way too stressful. Now the TPMS lives on the passenger side DW monitors TPMS and all I need to hear is disregard or PULL OVER!
After awhile you will come to trust your readings.
Hope this helps,
John.......WorkerB
