Shower door seal/sweep

The seal on my shower door is starting to tear off every time the door is opened/closed. Went through an RV part magazine to no avail. Any idea where I can get a seal to replace mine?

Thanks in advance.

Hardware or big box stores should have something.

I went to Home depot and got a 4'piece of plastic used for screen door repairs. It looks exactly like the vertical piece going up the side of the shower door. Cut it to length and attach using 3M double sided tape. There will be a small gap at the bottom of the door, but the curvature of the plastic piece will keep it from leaking. It will probable outlast the trailer.

Use the one off the top of the door.

Same fix, took the one off the top and put on bottom. Lasted about 3 1/2 yrs on bottom one. Next time I will try Lowes or Home Depot.

Our bottom sweep began to tear on our last trip so I e-mailed Keystone and Sherry Clayton directed me to Tiara RV sales at 886-880-3093. Talked to a young woman in parts and with my VIN # she was able to send me 2 precut sweeps plus shipping for around $ 20 USD. Haven't received yet, but expecting before our next trip in 2 weeks when we go back to the mountains. Looked at Lowe's, HD, and Ace with no luck first. Will update if there were any problems.

Had to have mine special ordered from the manufacturer. My dealer gave them my VIN. I paid $11.00. Could not find a sweep anywhere in Casper.

Just found a similar problem with my RV. Was going to switch bottom with top sweep; however, have a question. It looked like the sweeps were held on with the full length vertical door trim. There are only 2 screws holding the trim. One at top and one at bottom. I met more resistance than expected and didn't force removing the vertical trim. Does anyone know if this is what holds the sweeps in their tracks? Am I missing something?

Anyone have any idea on how the rubber seals are removed from the tracks? I don't want to force the vertical door trim if that is not what needs to be removed.

If I remember right, it should just slip out. I used the top sweep for my replacement and now that is shot. $11.00 per sweep seems high price for what it is. Have tried local big box store and Home Depot. Haven't tried Lowes yet, but doesn't sound encouraging. Right now I don't have anything and it isn't leaking.
