Couple of early volunteers needed
We will most likely need some help putting together the bags for the Rally participants either Sunday afternoon or Monday morning. If you will be there and want to help it would be appreciated. Thanks!

In past years we have done goodie bag stuffing the day before official opening. (I think sometimes we did not have all the goodies till then anyway, well, that is what I remember, you know that ole leaky memory thingy!  LOL)
With enough of us it does not take long and usually provides some good giggles and hugs and [s]lies[/s], err, story telling.
If we are there, will help!

Since I have to be there the week before I'm going to see if I can't scare up more than just what the fairgrounds has to put in the bags. No promises, but it will give Joyce and i something to do.

My wife and I should be there. However, if you want to include the Rally Programs with the bags, Monday or even Tuesday would be better. I don't know if I can get the programs printed up on Sunday, and last year, we ran into a snag (that I hope to avoid this year) that set us back a few hours.

Rosetta and Judy had the welcome packets together early last year. We also added a lot of additional informational items than what the campground provided. Rosetta and I will have most of the materials to put the packets together again this year. If anyone has anything to add get in touch with us. We will be in the Goshen area beginning 7 Sep.
