Kudos to Iota Engineering

I broke the plastic cover on the fuse panel when taking it off. Tried to find where to buy one on the internet but came up blank. Called Iota Engineering and they sent me one - no charge. I am not even the original owner of the 5er. That is good customer service!

Life is sure great when companies stand behind their product!! Glad to hear that Iota has put "customer service" infront of the "mighty dollar".

Ditto to that - they did the same for me - no questions asked!

A while back our Iota converter died, wouldn't charge the batteries. I called them and had a new unit at my door 2 days later with instructions on how to ship back (at their cost) the old unit. No questions asked. Top notch service as far as I'm concerned.

Sure is nice to hear of a company stands behind their work, let alone one that goes ABOVE and BEYOND. They are to be commended. Sure hope the guy at the COMPANY gets credit for this GOOD PRODUCT buying decision.
