Driving from Denver

Good morning fellow, Montana people. I am going to be picking up my Montana Legacy in Denver Colorado come spring. I’m told there’s a few different routes to you can take from Denver, I will be heading back home to Victoria British Columbia Canada. Does anyone have any suggestions of which route would be the easiest without having to take some crazy down hills. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thank you very much.

Welcome to the MOC and congrats on the new RV. Can't help with the Denver route but I'm sure someone here can. You could always use this.

There are several options; I don't think any of these require crazy downhills. It depends on what you want to see on the way.

I-80/I-84 to Ogden, Utah, I-84 to Pendleton Oregon, I-82 to Ellensburg, Washington, I-90 to Seattle (shortest route)

or

I-25 to Billings, Montana, I-90 to Seattle area

or

I-70/Hwy 6/I-15 to Grand Junction, Salt Lake, Ogden, I-84 to Pendleton Oregon, I-82 to Ellensburg, Washington, I-90 to Seattle

or

I-80/I-84 to Ogden, Utah, I-15 to Butte Montana, I-90 to Seattle

or

Scenic route I-80/I-84 to Ogden, Utah I-15 to Blackfoot, ID, Hwy 93 up western Idaho to Missoula, Montana, I-90 to Seattle area.

There are other options, but these are the main routes.

I'll let you figure out how to get to Victoria; I'm sure you know the area best. Last time I went, I took the Blackball ferry from Port Angeles.

I have pulled my Montana on all these routes multiple times; no problems. If it is going to be spring, weather should not be a concern. If earlier, weather will dictate which route to use.
