problem in cold weather
I am doing a job in Cheyenne,WY. Temps range from -10 to 24 degrees. I am having problems with my water freezing up. I have cold water in my bathroom but my lines are freezing to the hot water and my kitchen. Is there anything I can do to fix this problem.

My first question is, "What are you doing now?" What is your thermostat set on? The reason for asking is to determine if you "Arctic Package" is working properly. Steve Reigel and Icehouse plus some others have had experience with prolonged sub-freezing conditions.

Tucktucker, I have the exact problem you seem to be having. Have not resolved it yet. Out of curosity, does you water pump work?

I am keeping temp on 65 degrees. And yes my water pump will work but I am afraid to put water into storage tank because of the problems I am having.

I can not find the model and year of your unit. If you have the older ones with the cap at the bottom of the low point drains I would start by insulating them. As stated in another post, hot water freezes faster than cold.

Mike,
Sorry the heat tape on low points didn't work?! The ones I referred to earlier, on my '05 are behind the curbside rear tire. They freeze and pust a plug up blocking the water flow to bedroom.

Tucktucker, I don't know what year your unit is but on some of the units before 2005, they ran the water lines along the steel frame and the hot water line was against the steel frame touching on the bottom and side. That caused it to freeze easy because of the cold conducted by the steel frame.
