What would you take next time or leave behind

In our planning for our Alaska trip we want of course to take the normal items but be sure we have not overlooked the obvious too. What did you not take you wish you had? What did you not take you had to pick up because of forgetting it and what would you have left behind? Anything is fair game.

my parents spend the summers in Alaska at my brothers youth mission camp. They take a bread machine, and a small freezer stored in the corner b/c grocery stores are expensive and few and far between.

I would take an extra air filter and fuel filter for TV and at least 2 spare tires for TT.
