Weather in sig line?

Does anyone have the info on how to get the weather banner on my signature line? I got as far as the weather underground website and saw where you can get the free banner, but I was not able to get it to work. I was able to get the banner in my sig, but it was not interactive and would not update. I also noticed that you could not click on it to go to the site. Many others here have them up and clickable but I just can't figure out the final step. Any help would be appreciated.
