Ham Patties With Sour Cream
2 c. ground cooked ham
2 Tbs. grated onion 1/2 C. dry bread crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. chopped parsley
1/8 tsp. salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 C. water
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 C. dairy sour cream (at room temperature)
Parsley for garnish
In a bowl, toss together ham, onion, crumbs, chopped parsley, and salt. Add eggs and blend well. Shape into 6 patties. In skillet, melt butter, brown patties on both sides. transfer to platter; keep warm. Mean while in saucepan, combine water, paprika and heat to boiling; stir in sour cream. Spoon over patties and garnish with parsley.
