Chicken-n- Rice-a-Roni
1 bx. chicken Rice-a-Roni
1/2 C. Water
6 chicken lets or 2 or 3 skinless boneless breast
Brown rice in 2 tbs butter pour into a baking dish, add 2 1/2 cups water,mix, add 1/4 to 1/2 cup more water. Lay chicken pieces down center of dish. Cover and bake at 350 deg. for 45 minutes; uncover and stir rice, the turn chicken. Bake for 30 minutes longer or untill chicken is done.
