What you find on back roads
Just returned from a trip into central BC. The area we were in has the road going through open range. Well you know what is in open range. Cattle. Cattle like to walk (stroll) on roads. Well you figured it oout what cattle do on this stroll on your road. Well try as I might I finally hit one of those pies. When that stuff dries on your Montana it is almost impossible to get off. I think they make it with super glue. After much soaking and scrubbing the Monty is no worse for the treatment. Always something new to do. Have a great day.

Wet horse piles are nasty too Dick! Getting off less than an hour later was not a lot of fun either. Have to give it to ya, tho, dry would be MUCH worse! ewwwwwwwwwwwwwww!

You got that right Carol and these blankity-blank Amish horses ain't no better. I usually try to avoid the horse crap but it rained last night and loosened even the old stuff on the roads. After running up to Goshen and back the truck was a mess. It required a ton of scrubbing to get it off. Luckily we were not pulling the Monty.

Being an old country boy. I cant't keep the mess off the trailer but I can tell you how to get it off. Use peanut butter with a soft cloth, and it will even leave a shine.

You know you can slap that cow patty or horse nugget on a wasp sting to stop the swelling.

Peanut butter has a lot of great uses. If you have leftover sticky tape residue, just let some peanut butter sit on it for a while, and it dissolve the residue. Hey, Carol, maybe it works on lovebugs!!

You all needn't worry about removing that thar stuff. I leave it on my rigs all the time. Kinda like country undercoating. Keeps the flying gravel from dingin the paint and rustn the metal. You get use to the smell after a bit also. Around here we drive as slow as the animals walk and we don't get it aflyin.
Haven't tried it on bee stings yet. But have noticed it is a good bee repellent.
Best thing to remove tar is diesel. Then clean up the diesel with some thinner or the like.

Kerosene also works well on TAR, so can Simple Green.
