Items members need to bring (individual) and asked to assist (group) for meals.

GROUP

• Table Clothes
• Large Coffee Pots

INDIVIDUAL

• Plates
• Silverware
• Cups or glasses
• Napkins

I'll be carrying a roll of plastic table cloth so we should be able to use as much as we need. I carry it in case I need to change a tire on wet ground or any other reason I might need a waterproof drop cloth.

We have a 36 cup coffee urn we'll bring with us. That should leave a couple of cups for the rest of you.
