Updated and Revised Pot Luck Lists
Hello Gettysburg Rally Attendees,
In an effort to avoid confusion about the dinners here is an overview of the two events.
Friday BBQ Dinner. Starts at 6pm at the Rec hall.
The main course will be BBQ chicken. We still need the members to bring side dishes to share such as potato salad, coleslaw, macaroni salad, and green salad with dressings, potato chips or the like, corn on the cob, etc. Or your favorite picnic dish. Please bring serving utensils for you dish. Please check the list below so we don’t have all potato salads. Don’t forget deserts. And remember BYOB.
Saturday Cold plate Dinner. Starts at 5pm at the pavilion
The main courses will be the dishes members bring and leftovers from Friday’s dinner. Don’t forget deserts. And remember BYOB.
You will notice I moved dishes around from Friday to Saturday dinner. Hope you guys don’t mind. Just trying to even things out.

We will definatly bring something..We will see what needs to be filled in Thursday and whip it up....
WE We will also be providing some soft drinks, Coke , pepsi, Root Beer

Somehow our dishes have been missed for the dinners. Friday we will bring Cheesecake Cupcakes... Picked a desert because we will be arriving about hopefully by 6p.m.
Saturday we signed up to bring Sweet Potatoe Apple Casserole.

We are late sign ups so hope this doesn't cause any problems for you. I would like to bring BBQ pork sandwiches for one of the meals and broccoli salad for another meal. It doesn't matter to me what I bring to the meals so just put me down where you would like. Thank you and looking forward to seeing everyone.

Ken & Cyndie can bring a cheese & pepperoni green salad and dressings for Friday & a fresh fruit salad for desert for Saturday. Feel free to change as necessary - just let us know. FYI we are arriving Tuesday the 27th and are willing to provide any other assistance or dishes that may be needed. This is our first rally so go ahead & use us & abuse us. Thanks, Ken & Cyndie
