I manually relevel using both a torpedo level and the auto display after a week or so.
Always use 2x8 blocks which I keep a good selection of. Also keep the curved leveling aids in case the site is sloped to one side for under the wheels.

Used both a level on the floor in main area and even with ball bearing (no roll). Anyone else see that happen?

Our 3121 does the same thing. Our bedroom door came with a magnet/plate to keep the door from sliding open. I think I'm going to try to find something similar to add to the closet door.

The leveling sensors are on the frame you will be lucky to find 3 places in the interior that are the same level. We use the bathroom door as our level point and set the auto level there.

Same with our 3121RL as well. DW added a Velcro strip to keep the close door from sliding open. The rest of the rig is fine.

The 6 point auto leveling system does a good job of auto leveling once we understand how to use it and use it correctly. The sensors are on the frame as we have seen on the factory tours so it is the frame that is being leveled. The interior is a different story as it is difficult to find 3 or 4 places that are the same level. We use the bathroom door as the level point. It was just a slight tweek. We have also used the golf ball on the floor trick.

Do you use a Titleist Pro V1 or Pro V1x?

Sounds like a good option too.
