Outdoor TV

I want to mount a thin screen TV on the outside of my house. We have DirecTV with the whole house service, however this requires a seperate Directv box at each TV. I am hearing about this Genie thing and was wondering if anyone has it, and, if so, do you still need a box at each TV?

Hanging a flat screen tv outside does not take up too much room, but If I had to put a box out there it would protrude too much.

If no box would be required, how does one operate the remote to the directv setup.

I am trying to find out the answers before I call the directv people so I have the complete skinny first.

Phil, don't exactly know how the Genie works, but pretty sure there's a $10 additional charge for as they put it "The Advanced Receiver".

I have DTV SWM. Not sure if its the same as genie but it allows me to record and watch programs from any room. It accesses the DVR from any receiver. All tv locations have a small receiver, about 8 x 6 x 1 inches. Not quite the size of the others and may be able to conceal better.
