First long trip in our 2955
Hi Everyone;
Been lurking since buying our 2005 2955 last August, after a trip to Yellowstone from Lower AL in SOB 22' TT. Wife fell in love with it as it was spotless and just what we were looking for.
Anyway, Have gone on a lot of 2-4 day jaunts, and a few 10 day trips, now we are headed to Maine, via Niagra and all points in between. Having a blast, meeting great people, and seeing some beautiful sights. Staying at National Forest sites and barely realize we don't have hookups.
Have I said we really love our Montana?
I don't think 6-8 weeks is going to be any problem.
See you all on the road!
Tom and Georgia Jensen

We have a 2955 and find it quite comfortable for 2 people. We are going south for a month 2010 as we have a trip planned for this winter.

WELCOME Tom and Georgia to the MOC family.
Lorraine and I started our fulltiming lifestyle in an 04 2955 and loved it. It had all the comforts anyone could ask for.
Enjoy it and your upcoming trip through the northeast.

We have been across the country in our 2005, 2955RL. Have had very minor problems. What I like about it the most is the gross dry weight is only 9380# and my wife can pack everything including another kitchen sink. I can pull it with my 1/2 Dodge 2500 Diesel and get 12.5 mpg if I drive 57-58 mph. With gas prices high, I start driving 53-55 and can get sometimes another mile per gallon.

We are heading to Belfast, Maine next friday for a couple weeks. Will be going through Niagara Falls also. We also have the 2955. Going to be a long trip in a fairly short amount of time, but looking forward to it. If anyone is in the Belfast area around the 4th through the 9th, look us up.
