New Decals Again
As of today we picked up our 09 3400RL Monty with a new set of decals applied.
Keystone sent the new decals out as they were being manufactured over a period from May to Aug. We took the Monty in on Sept 15 and job was completed as of today. This will be the second time the decals have been replaced since new in May of 2009. Hopefully these will be permanent.
Christy at Keystone was great in getting this all turned around at no cost to us! Now we can advertise our Montana in pride again! Thank You Christy and Keystone for coming through in a very positive manner!!

My 2008 3400RL was a little too far out of warranty, but they did send me a complete new set, at no extra cost to me. I replaced one of the easier ones on the side ,not to hard using the hinge method, and a little bit of soapy water. I will slowly replace them as needed. Most of the ones on the sides are good, just a couple that have peeled on the ends. The front ,and back are the ones that are bad. My front decals have been removed now for over a year.

Tomorrow we're taking in our Monty for replacement of the raggedy graphics that were somehow "overlooked" when the rig was in for total graphic replacement last May. Talk about discouraging--we've recently met two Montana owners who've come through the Dillon KOA and who are on their second set of replacment graphics . . . which are already peeling off in less than 18 months after being replaced.
We're hoping for the best!

Ours is a 06 3400 and they are starting to peel. Keystone is sending us a complete set.

Who did you contact to get a new set of graphics? Customer service? Should I take pictures to send them?
