Broken day/night shade cord repair!
If anyone has a broken day/night shade cord and the trailer is out of warranty, you can fix it rather cheatly! Upon contacting the dealer for "a repair kit" I was told that Montana will ship me a new shade--the back 14" shade on a 3670RL was $54.00. If you have a fabric store near you (JoAnne's Fabric here!)buy the shade cord at 29 cents a yard! With an unbent large paper clip(to push the cord through the eyelets), scotch tape(to prevent fraying while threading through the hole), 78 cents of cord and about 45 minutes of time (the first is the worst) you too can easily fix the cords. I hope this can save our members a lot of money with just a little bit of time.
