Leaking Sat Dish

Ours came on the trailer...& has always leaked during a hard rain.Had it "fixed" at the repair shop in Goshen,Ind..where the expansion joint was added.Got to Ms & it leaked.Had it "repaired" at Ocala,Fl....& it kept on leaking.Husband has bought good caulking, crawled on roof & redid it,twice. It still leaks. We're all out of ideas...any help out there?PL
