Ac Problems

I just got back from a four day camping trip and the ac worked fine. I have a Domestic Ac with two Ac's ,one in bedroom and one in den.
I just got home and set up camper and turned the ac's on. Zone 1 is fine but zone 2 is running and i can not control any operating mode on it including temp or off. It say PROG 2 which i assume means program .
I went to program still nothing. The only way to cut it off is to cut Ac off on thermostat for the whole system.
I also thought it was cut off when i put the slides in to leave camp ground but noticed the ac came on when i got to the house as soon as i plugged in shore power before i slid the sides out. I know it should have been off but i thought it would not work if the slides were closed in anyway.
Anyone got any suggestions. I thought i would disconnect the power to the camper when i get home from work and see if that works. The model is a 2015 3611 RL.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Since I don't know which year and model of thermostat you have I couldn't put a link here for you, but google dometic thermostat reset and then use the one for your unit.

But which thermostat did they use that year. For some of the old ones you press and hold the mode and the zone buttons at the same time, but without knowing what thermostat you have exactly that may or may not be the solution.
