Leak under and next to slide

I have a 2007 Montana Mountaineer 307RKD, water is leaking under the slide with dinette. FW was stored for winter with slides closed, when I opened it rug under slide is wet but rug in slide is dry. Any help and info would be great.

Any chance the seal on the outside was not properly seated or was curled under either on the side or along the roof?

If it were a window seal I'd think the slide floor would be wet. But the outside seal would allow water to get to the main floor.

This is just a guess.
