We also sold ours because we thought the benefit minimal and bought the JT's instead. We still have a little movement with the JT's although they have done the best job, by far. There are times I wonder if a tripod combined with the JT's might be just the ticket to remove the movement.

One thing to note is none of those things get rid of the up and down bouncing. What does work well on that, very well, is scissor jacks on each side. Ours are behind the wheels. Others put them in front of the wheels. It depends on which is more accessible for raising and lowering. We've used these scissor jacks on two Montanas while fulltiming, for a total of about 8 years. Wouldn't be without them. But they don't help on the side to side or fore-aft movement, just up and down movement.

I like my tripod and feel it is worth hauling and setting up. Do pretty much as the other folks that use them have said as for as setting up.

WOW, we're really in the minority here, we wouldn't park without ours. We tried it once just because we were in a hurry and the movement was horrible. The difference it makes is night and day stabilizing our unit, in our opinion only.
