These decals are obviously made by different companies. The last post talks of a 2007 model with terrible decals...our 2007's decals were in perfect condition when we sold it in Dec. Seems to me Keystone should find out who's making the good ones and let that company make them all.
Nope....Burlington Graphics makes all of them. Our 06 3400 graphics are also perfect.. Got to wonder why????

Our 2008's front decals have been peeling. We were told that the "batch" for 2007 (and some 2008's) had some bad decals. I wonder at the varying responses from Keystone. They told me "tough - it's out of warrany". I'm going to peel the decals and live with a "nude" front cap.

Well I'm glad to hear that somebody else was told the same thing I was told and almost the same way.

If they were bad and they know they were bad, and will not help that says a lot about the company. Things will always wear out, but when you know you sold a defective product that is an entirely different story.

Back to my original post. I contacted customer service at Keystone and spoke to Susan Christophel. She requested pictures of the damaged graphics which I emailed to her. After she received the email from me, I received the decals within a few days. There were two shipments, because the "Mountaineer" badge was not available, but they shipped it a few days later. She also included instructions on care and maintenance, and instructions on removal and installation of the graphics. Very satisfied with Keystone's response. It is up to me to remove/install the graphics but I did not have to pay anything for the new graphics on my almost 4 year old fiver. Hope this information will be of help to someone else in the future. Thanks for your responses.

What were some of the main points the care and maintenance directions said?

Just recieved an e-mail from Keystone RV approving the replacement of all our decals on our 09 3400RL. I was requested to send in photos for verification of both distant and close up (total of 14).
A lady by the name Christy Anglemyer, Keystone RV Retail Advisor has made the decision. Her final note was "contact your nearest authorized Keystone Dealer and have them repace the Decals. This will be done at no expense to you."
Conclusion: A great company that backs it's products up!

Our 09 Montana 3400RL was built in late May of 08; we purchased it new in May of 09. The Dealer replaced some graphics in Oct of 09.
Last year they started to peel and crack like spider webs. Earlier this month I e-mailed Keystone Customer Service with a plead that I have two concerns: one the shabby graphics are poor advertising for Keystone and two, it is degrading for my pride and joy as an owner to be siting in a park with these shabby graphics that tell other people it's a Montana, but look at the quality!
I was requested to send photos and from that resulted in approval by Keystone to take the Monty to my local Dealer and get them replaced at no expense to me.
Once they are installed I should have another years warranty on my graphics! LOL.
