15 Min. w/Keystone Tech,waiting list update

All of our slots are currently full so we are starting a waiting list. As spots open up you will be placed in the open spot based on your # on the waiting list. Anyone left on the waiting list when the Rally starts will be given a number to contact Keystone Customer Service Direct at that point.
On Thursday, September 26, following the Ladies Driving School, each Rally participant will have the opportunity to have a RV Tech from Keystone Customer Service meet with them at their rig to discuss any issues they are experiencing. There will be seven Tech’s available for each 15 minute time frame. In order to sign you up I will need: Your name, your cell phone number (Canadians are the only ones exempt) and the last 8 digits of your serial number (can be found on a label on the front street side of your rig)(I'm also told it's on a plate on the pin box). In order to make this work for everyone Keystone has asked for our help. Here is what they have asked of us:
Out of respect to your fellow MOC members, we need to do everything we can to stay on the schedule listed above. If it is determined an individual situation may need more time than has been allotted here, together we will decide on an additional follow-up time, place and method to continue our communications so we can do everything we can to help.
