Burlington Graphics Comes Through! [???]

It has been somewhat of a struggle with these graphics over the past year, but I called Burlington Graphics today and was able to establish an order for new graphics. I am very pleased at this point and apologies were sent my way for the time it has taken.

I have placed the order for the graphics and I was talking with (name omitted), as I understand it, she will be taking over the area for the Montana graphics. The only problem that was mentioned is that the stripes were no longer available of which I don’t need anyway. I was able to order all of the graphics that I needed for our particular model at a very reasonable price.

I did inquire about the quality of the graphic material they are using now and was told they are using a different material than what was used originally. They told me they were guaranteed for up to four years and they didn’t recommend waxing over them or getting any wax next to the graphics. They also recommended that the graphics not be exposed to power washing either.

It will take a few weeks for the order to be completed but that’s not a problem. Depending on the weather, I will have a new look hopefully by next camping season.

Kristin is still there! I was told that this Nicky was the one now working with the Montana decals.

Bobby, we may have Burlington Graphics at our Fall Rally. You may want to talk with reps there to get some install advice and specific gaphics you may want...fyi....Dennis

Thanks dennis I called this morning and still cant get anybody on the phone. So maybe I will get to talk to someone at the rally. I have installed them before on other projects its not to hard. I also have a friend that does it for a living just in case I get lost. Which is real easy!!! LOL.

Bobby,
I called today to try to talk to nikki witt and was told she has been out sick for a couple of days. I tried to send her a email and it came back so I left her a voice mail and she did not call so now I know why.
If you call and push sales button you get to talk to a real person. They answer that phone.

Guys just to let you know kristin emailed today and said if I would give my address she would get my graphics to me this week. She said they had them in stock. YEA for kristin.

Guys my graphics came tues. When I opened the box there was only half of them so I emailed kristen and she is sending the rest asap. she has really been good about helping me.

Well, I’m still waiting on the graphic for my unit. At this point I’m not too up-set where they haven’t taken my money yet. They are processing my order but there is a couple of the graphics that is holding things up. When I last talked with them I was told that Nicky was no longer with them and the Montana graphics are being taken care of by Kristin again.

I have tried for three month to get new graphics for my 2005 big sky and have not had any help from Burlington. I have sent a picture to Krestin with no help from heat all.!! She does not return calls I will let the decals curl right off the front and then wipe off the marks when done. To bad Keystone does not care.

Hi Jim. I notice that you posted your message 3 times. Normally one post is enough. If you look at the top of each message you will see when the message was posted. Which includes the date and time. Then you will see some little icons. The one that looks like a trash can is the one you can use to delete a couple of the messages.

As to the message itself I have no idea why Krestin treats some folks with extreme courtesy and prompt service and others she just ignores. Strange problem.

To my knowledge Keystone does not own Burlington Graphics so I'm not sure what your statement about them not caring is all about. Did you go to your local dealer first? If that did not work did you go directly to Keystone?

When we dealt with Burlington we got excellent service.

Are you asking for the decals for free? If so perhaps that is the problem. Offer to pay for them and see if that helps.

Burlinton Graphics is a vendor and has noting to do with Keystone other than Keystone buys Graphics from them. Burlington is at every fall rally and has responded favorably on Graphics request. I had a couple of graphics with tree branch dings on them and they provided replacements. I did offer to pay as we are way out of warranty.

Nothing has changed since my last post. I did get a price and was told when I contacted them, they were having trouble getting two of them made up (or whatever they had to do to get them ready) but had everything else ready for me. They told me they would try and speed things up. They also offered to send me what they had when I last talked with them but I told them just to wait until they had everything ready. There’s no way it should have taken this long to process two graphics. The order was placed in Aug. 09 and I have been dealing with them for at least a year and a half on this. I called today and left a voice mail that was the best I could do for now.

I have removed the graphics from both of the front sides and I guess I’ll run it that way for a while. It really doesn’t look that bad without them anyway; especially once you get used to it. I’ve considered looking into getting a mural or two for the sides but I’m not sure how well I could work that in.

Bill I started dealing with kristin in aug 09. she sent me two pcs so I emailed her and she sent me two more. now keep in mind it takes 6 pcs to make up my front cap. I talked to dale at goshen about the other 2 pcs he said he would get them to me. that was sept 09. I have talked to them 3 times since by email still dont have them. I have been waiting 6 mts to get my cap done. so I feel your pain. I like your idea about the air brush. I have a guy local that does that and was going to do it last yr but burlington was sending graphics so I waited may need to talk to him again.
