Kudos to Keystone & Fox RV Repair

Boy, if this doesn't shout great customer service I don't know what does. At the recent rally we were able to show Rick Diesler of Montana Customer Service the rubber roof delamination we were having on our 2001 2955RL. He told us he wasn't sure what the factory would be willing to do because of the age of our rig, but that he would see what he could do. He then referred us to Fox RV Repair in Middlebury, IN. The owner, Larry Fox, works with Montana a great deal and the end result is that Montana has supplied all of the materials to replace the subroof, the adhesive and rubber roof, as well as replacing our front Fantastic Fan that was cracked in the removal process. We are responsible for the labor cost, but what a financial help Montana's help is. We also had 3 stress cracks at the bedroom slide, the repair of which had started under warranty. Once again, Montana stepped up and supplied materials and is sharing half the labor cost on this repair. So, 3 cheers for Keystone and Montana Customer Service!! Also, Fox RV Repair is great. We highly recommend them and the great job they do.

That's great! But it appears that those that can afford to go to the Rallies and rub elbows with the Montana reps get good customer service. I would hope Keystone and Montana would step up to the plate like that for all its customers. Good for you guys, and good on Keystone/Montana!

We were referred to Fox's Rv for service work also. Since then Larry and his crew have been the only ones who work on our coach. We are scheduled for a maintenance checkup in Nov. to have everything, brakes, bearings, shackles if needed and slides adjusted on our way to Texas.
Wouldn't go anywhere else. There are also other members that keep going back to Larry. I have his phone number if anyone wants it.
